Radiology (X-Rays)

We utilize a modern radiograph machine and processor on-site for high quality radiographs (x-rays). Radiographs are very useful in diagnosis of diseases of the heart and lungs, and of the bones and joints.

In addition to routine x-rays, we also perform more advanced studies including:

*Penn Hip X-rays to evaluate and certify

      a dogs hips for hip dysplasia
    *OFA X-Rays of hips and elbows for
      certification
    *Contrast studies of the GI tract and of the
      urinary system

For more complicated cases, we will send x-rays to specialists for consultation. We also offer referrals for CT scans and MRI's.
